Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to our audience.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Supervisor to oversee the daily administrative operations of our busy HVAC company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support office staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and service calls.
- Oversee customer service activities, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with the HVAC technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and HR-related tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Supervisor, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or management is a plus.
